I have my eye on a special house. The interior is looking like exactly what we would hope for. The exterior has lots of promise and just the right location for the feeling of privacy near the woods but still in the city.
Of course, the home needs some personal tweaks to make it just perfect and I can start with some of the lighting choices. One lighting feature I am debating is chandeliers. On the plus side, I really like the Tropical Palm chandeliers as they would give it a taste of home. But there is a downside to this kind of lighting. I may have no problem with something hanging from the ceiling but my hubby is tall so placement is crucial if we go this route. Otherwise, he will knock his head into it from time to time.
Since the place is older than I am, the outdoor lighting fixtures need some upgrading too. I would say about half of them are just fine. The other half look out of date and out of place. I know we’ll have to do something about those. One guarantee is a bug zapper so we can fully appreciate the serenity of the back yard. Give me a hammock or duyan between two trees for a summer siesta any day of the week. The lights can flick on when it gets dark so I’ll know when to go in.
I have not had a great chance yet to look at the bathroom lighting or vanity lighting but I would upgrade it to the Casual bath lighting variety. That’s just me though. I know my husband does not care on the interior décor. He’s more interest in indoor garden lighting so we can be more self-sufficient.

Hi Ate Anah! Kumusta? it’s been a while since I last visited here.
I’m sorry about your bedroom wall. It’s a good thing no one was hurt.
Anyway, I agree. Life is beautiful! ^_^
