Nah, why would I type about a depressing topic like that?
Instead, I am going to discuss the basics of international life as a Filipina. We know how to make do with less money because of our home country. You find your savings wherever you can to make those paychecks stretch.
Whether it is for traveling back to the Philippines, calling your family, getting flowers for yourself (i.e. encouraging your spouse to get them), or getting gifts for your family to be sent in the balikbayan box, you can find ways to get some savings.
