Watching the news has been a tad on the entertaining side as of late. If you have taken the time to watch, there is a big issue with the financial markets as the news media is advertising clearly. The stock market went down then it went up like a nice yo-yo.

What goes up must come down. What goes ‘round must come ‘round. Oops, I got distracted by that 1978 song going through my head. Anyways, life and business goes on. Food still needs to be grown, shipped to the right destination and prepared by either us or someone actually trained to make it taste good. So when you are tired of eating Ramen for the umpteenth time no matter how you dress it up, there comes a time when you do need a change of scenery.

That is when it is time to go see the chef. Pick your favorite restaurant but make certain the chefs are ready to make the food you like. If you get lucky, you can shake their hand for their wonderful service. When you do, make certain to glance at their aprons.

If anyone can answer my questions, feel free to chime in as I truly am curious. I know looking at the aprons available on those links that they come in a variety of shapes and sizes as does the pants, coats and the rest. Of course, the ones selected are by the choice of the restaurant as they want to portray a certain image. My question revolves around those aprons.

Obviously, those small pockets are for some enhancing item for color coordination. But for all of those larger pockets, are they also there just for looks or are they actually used?
