[ad#inlinkunit]Spaghettie

There are many ways of making spaghetti and this is one very delicious experiment.

Ingredients:

* 1 jar Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
* ½ jar of Alfredo Sauce
* ½ package of spaghetti
* ½ red bell pepper finely diced
* ½ orange bell pepper finely diced
* 1 ½ sweet onions finely diced
* 1 lb ground turkey

Directions:

1. In a separate pot, begin boiling the spaghetti as per normal directions.
2. In a frying pan, brown the ground turkey combined with the onions, red bell pepper and green bell pepper.
3. When the peppers, onion are soft and the turkey is browned stir in the jar of traditional spaghetti
sauce & ½ jar of Alfredo sauce, heat until boiling.
4. Drain the spaghetti then blend in the sauce, peppers, onion & turkey in with the spaghetti noodles and serve – no toppings needed.

Enjoy!

Diet or Live It?

My hubby and I are in the middle of transforming our diet to a top notch healthy diet. We are also in the middle of shedding the pounds. I get to exercise and burn some off. But my husband has a few too many issues with the ankles to be able to do that. He has to lose his weight by a healthy diet alone.

So if you are also in the battle versus the bulge, the question may come up what are the better weight loss programs out there? The only option is to get your information.

But before you can even think about losing the weight you have to stop the exercise excuses and turn away from those weight loss myths. In other words, stop procrastinating and lying to yourself. It doesn’t help your waistline.

Common knowledge is that you need the exercise to lose the weight and finding the right fitness gym can help out. However, you need to have the time and budget to go to the gym. For myself, that isn’t in the cards right now so my living room doubles as my gym with a few pieces of highly versatile equipment. You do what you have to do.

But what if you have medical issues that limit your exercising capabilities? Hopefully, the all purpose exercise method that is often kind on the joints is still an option to you. That is swimming which my hubby gets to do.

Now if you are overweight, injured and stuck on the North Pole, you might have a problem with dieting. Or you just might end up on the diet list of a polar bear.

Details We May Not Know But Use Anyways

One of the benefits of living in the Philippines is growing your own food especially if you live in the provinces. Obviously, growing your own food in Manila isn’t going to happen. That’s just difference between having access to land and having an enormous number of people concentrated in one place.

What we may not know by growing our own food is how we are helping our bodies and immune systems by eating the variety of natural grown foods with a wide range of vitamins, minerals and other natural benefits. Prevention of potential ailments with the balanced diet is a plus for life in the Philippines but it is not common in the USA.

In the USA, you will likely need to take dietary supplements to round out and improve your health. Granted some industries want to declare they are a bad thing because it hurts their profit margin. One such dietary supplement available is colloidal silver.

Colloidal silver works to improve the immune system and detoxify your body. I would recommend reading the details found in the links to get more detailed information. This is only a blog so I’m not going to claim I know everything. I’m just adding to my library of knowledge.
