Okay, so what am I talking about? I am talking about those freebie sites which offer you $600 or $1000 for this or that item or gift cards you can get. Well, on the heels of the success of my MacBook Air, which is a rather nice laptop I might add, I have completed and received a gift card for $500.
What is the secret to my success? First is a dose of humility and knowing that I do not have all of the answers. But I sure can hunt around until I find those who do. That is exactly what I did to find out which of these offers are legitimate and which are not. This one is one of the legitimate options.
Gas tanks filled up, groceries restocked, upgrading things that didn’t make it in the normal budget and many other things are all taken care of with that little extra boost. *wink*
Aren’t these things a rip off though? I’m certain you’ve heard of people who have lost money trying to do this so it must be bad. Well, if they take the proper precautions and read up, it is only their fault for falling sucker to a scam. But what about those who go to these legit ones and still fork it out?
You have to read the Terms of Service closely and cancel within the trial period. If the person is disorganized and does not like to read those ToS forms, that isn’t the fault of the company nor does that make the offer a rip off. That just makes the individual careless and lazy. Proper caution and common sense are awesome tools to use on the Internet.
So the prove I am not just blowing hot air, here is the picture of the card I received:
Have a nice weekend,
Anah
