Count Down…2…1…

[ad#txt-ad]

The countdown is official. This is the second to the last Music video in my series that I will be posting. When we get to the final one, then you will truly understand why I am placing a number of them in the Health & Wealth topic. (That is outside of having an off day due to events.)

Of course, we all have our memories tied to this music popular in the Philippines whether it is family or friends making them look funny or actually pulling it off.

So how does this fit into the category of health? If you lived in this area of the USA, you would quickly recognize how many people can only dream of this level of mobility!!

Cable TV Conversation

[ad#txt-ad]

As is the normal thing here, you get phone calls from your Internet and or Cable TV service provider in an attempt to sell you on a new package deal or some other thing to hook you in. Well, our Internet service provider called a week after we canceled Cable TV trying to sell us on a new program to get Cable TV right back. We canceled it because we find little use for it. There is a life to live being active as opposed to planting your rear staring at a box of electronics. This is how the call went.

ISP Provider: Hello, may I speak with Mr. or Mrs. What’s da buzz?

Hubby: I’m Mr. What’s Da Buzz.

ISP Provider: I am calling today regarding a special where you can get faster High Speed Internet and Basic Cable TV at a lower cost than what you are paying right now.

Hubby: We are not interested in Cable TV.

ISP Provider: Do you have satellite TV?

Hubby: No.

ISP Provider: So if I understand you correctly, you do not have cable or satellite TV?

Hubby: Correct

ISP Provider: (tone of voice – disbelief) If I may ask, why don’t you have cable or satellite TV?

Hubby: Because it is a waste of time.

ISP Provider: (tone of voice – utter confusion) Well…uh…I guess this call is done. *click*

There is so much more to life than the TV programming choices in the USA. You can go biking, play board games with your children, go to a park, cook together, generate an income on the side, spend quality time with the family, grill food, read books of your choosing, and most importantly control the messages going into the minds of your children and yourself.

Now they are really going to love us when we shift ISP providers to save $11 a month.

Just think what you can do with that extra space in the living room and / or bedrooms.

One, Two, Three, Four

[ad#inlinkunit]

One two buckle my shoe

Three Four knock at the door

Five, six pickup sticks

Seven, eight, lay them straight

Nine, ten begin again.

Aren’t rhymes a fun little thing? I probably shouldn’t keep repeating that as it will give me nightmares about a guy named Freddie and a road called Elm Street. Instead, let us talk about Pamela and dancing.

Okay, if you are a guy, get your mind out of the gutter. Not that Pamela but one most Filipinos know and love.

Pamela One, Pamela Two, Pamela Three, Pamela Four

Okay, guys if you are still reading and thinking of Pamela Anderson then I dare you to watch the video and dance in front of your wives just like is done on the video.
