Whether Weather Matters

I felt like letting everyone know a little detail about the difference between the weather of the Philippines and Wisconsin. Also, there is one other sneaky detail that I am fond of too. So for the quick comparisons here we go:

Living in Gensan in the Philippines provided me with experiences with:

  • Potential tidal waves
  • Earthquakes
  • Heat Stroke
  • Floods
  • Hurricanes
  • Mudslides
  • Terrorist bombing
  • Cobras under the bed & other poisonous snakes

    • But hey, no blizzards, snow or frostbite.

    Living in Wisconsin I found the following:

  • No chance at tidal waves
  • No chance at Earthquakes
  • A chance at heat stroke for about 3 days out of the year.
  • No floods
  • No chance at a hurricane
  • No mudslides
  • No terrorists outside of my Goryo’s pwet!
  • No cobras or other poisonous snakes as it is too cold for them and the few there are in Wisconsin are nowhere close to here.

    • Yes, there are blizzards, snow and a chance at frostbite but I’ll take that in exchange. Especially no cobras being under the bed is the best part of it all. But the best game plan is to visit the Philippines in the winter every few years to take a break from the winter. Then I can get my fill of heat, humidity and chances at meeting more cobras.

      I could not deal with the cobras!!!! Anything but serpents…UNDER THE BED!!!!
