Recently, I was introduced into a new soup that we found to be quite delicious. When the person said it was easy to make, my ever analytical hubby named off the ingredients. We tried a version of it and it was a hit. On top of that, it is incredibly simple to make. So here we go.
Ingredients:
• 3 regular sized cans of Tomato Soup
• 1 can of corn
• 1 can of sliced carrots
• 1 red bell pepper finely diced
• 1 yellow / orange bell pepper finely diced
• 2 onions finely diced
• 1 lb ground turkey / chicken / beef
Directions:
1) Fry the ground turkey / chicken / beef and chop into fine pieces.
2) Add all three cans of tomato soup plus the amount of water as directed on the back of the label to a large pot.
3) Open the cans of corn & carrots and dump them in with the tomato soup. **Do Not Drain the corn or carrots.**
4) Toss in the diced red and yellow bell peppers as well as the onions into the pot.
5) Add in the fried ground meat complete with any juices to the pot. Do Not Drain
6) Let it simmer for 1 hour on med-low heat.
7) Serve & eat.

Hi Ate Anah! Kumusta? it’s been a while since I last visited here.
I’m sorry about your bedroom wall. It’s a good thing no one was hurt.
Anyway, I agree. Life is beautiful! ^_^
