Or shall we redefine this as “Mommy!!” In a brief pause between the continuous rain and thunderstorms, we opted to go out and tend to our garden a little bit. To our surprise, one little bird seemed to be not afraid of my hubby or me.

On closer examination, the bird seemed to be quite young and hadn’t quite gotten the skills of how to fly quite right yet. The young bird was hopping around and went for some shelter in a few very low branches and was slowly hopping his way up a tree.

So here is our little friend as he posed for a few close range photos. I did not zoom in the camera for these shots.

However, I think the Mommy did discover where her baby went and out of concern and being distraught at the empty next took her frustrations out on us. We almost had to duck for cover because the upset Mommy was coming very close to our heads.
