Of the many differences between the Philipines and the US, there is one that doesn’t cease to amazed me. There are many youth who have this notion that they can either walk jog, ride a bike or a skate board thru the middle of traffic and nothing will happen. I feel this kids need a trip to either Manila or any part of the Philippines to realized that attitude would get a person killed.
My hubby Goryo created what he calls “the Law of Mass”. In regards to the rules of the road, his point of view is no matter what the legal law says, the law of mass supercedes it. Quite simply the law of mass is – if the other moving vehicle is bigger than you, you lose.
