All That Other Home Stuff No Comments Still alive..
How’s everyone? I’m still kicking and alive. We have the warmest weather ever this year. Hayy, there’s a drawback in having 1400 sq ft place if you only have 1 A/C. It’s really toasty here especially in Eury’s bedroom. The ceiling fan is useless! When the weather is icky- I complain. Now it’s warm and summer, there you go- I complain na pud. Yikes, I became a whiner!
Anyway, life being a property manager ain’t fun. We had to call the police today because our tenants are a pain in the butt. This is the same tenant who tought that they could deduct $30 from their rent because she had to shovel the snow for 5 minutes while Goryo’s helping her. Two months ago, she called and yelled at us because of this issue. She has told us that we should have told her that it’s not a good idea for them to deduct something from their rent. Whoaa, witch- rent a brain! Now, they wanted to leave and break their lease. Okay, because of their attitude- we wanted them out but when you signed a legal binding contract, we’ll have to follow proper steps how to get out. First thing to do and we reminded them, we need a letter in writing that they wanted to move out. We reminded them more than 10x guro that we cannot accommodate their request to move out if we don’t get that stinking letter. But what they waited so long and now the issue escalated because they kept calling and harassing us. To make the story short, the police has to knocked on their door and told them to back off- quit calling the property managers or else we will charge them with harassment. Gawd, this people are idiots! They wanted to pick a fight. That’s why we had to call the cops today because we are not going to deal with this crap anymore- this has to end. This is supposed to be a non-issue but they make it so complicated. Now, we’ll see what happens next. Lastly, the lady is a WITCH!
