Soup and Slipping

Yes, I really like the soup in today’s Chef’s Hat article. And it makes so much that the servings keep coming and coming which is a great thing. However, there is a downside to all of those extra servings.

You increase the chances of spilling it on the floor not that I’ve ever gotten distracted or turned too quickly while carrying a liquid. Let’s ignore that cherry soda spill on the carpet shall we? Well, the soup does have a tomato base to it so it is red. As I learned the hard way, it is best to eat and drink any food in the kitchen where you can better mop it up.

If you have hardwood floors, that will help increase the use of any floor mops you may have. Make certain that you rinse it quickly to get the tomato out.
