It means autumn is coming and so is October. Maybe you can piece it together now as if the underlined words below aren’t a dead giveaway.

Well, some of you will be dressing up for Halloween. Perhaps you will just a worn out sheet so you can go as a cheap ghost. But some actually like getting more elaborate Halloween costumes.
