There are some things that probably can only be pulled off in the Philippines. I honestly cannot think of another country where they could get the prison inmates to cooperate like this without hiring bit actors to pretend to be prisoners.
So just to show off a favorite dance of Filipinos and a quirky side of a director’s idea, here is Dayang Dayang,
In Wisconsin, those wearing orange are primarily deer hunters as opposed to prison inmates.
