The title is three of the main words of the oath of office every President of the USA is required to say. Every serviceman and woman swears to defend the US Constitution. All of the Senators and the Representatives swear a similar oath to uphold the US Constitution. But most of them are sinungaling, tikalon, botboton, tikasan kung sa English pa –liars.
At the core of every government in the world rests a constitution. The constitution of each country is the framework by which their government exists and the laws it must conform too. The constitution is the primary set of laws upon which all other laws of the country must follow. The legislative branch, the executive branch, and the judicial branch of any country do not exist without the respective constitution. (Remember yung history class natin?)
When you hear people say (like some have said to me) “there are ways around the Constitution,” you should be concerned. They are effectively saying “there are ways around the primary laws of the land.” That is what you expect to hear from someone in organized crime.
Some will get upset when you point out what the Constitution says. They want what their feelings about it to be true no matter what the facts are. It doesn’t work that way. Numerous people spent a long period of debate structuring the US Constitution to say what it means and they meant what they said. It doesn’t matter how you feel about it. It is the foundation of the USA. Don’t like it? Tough, deal with it or leave.
But you have plenty who will sit back and ignore the Tenth Amendment to further their own wants and emotions. For example, the unelected US Treasury department teaching “Islamic finance” to US banking regulators, Congress, and the executive branch. So the USA can use the financing system of those looking to destroy it, fund the enemy combatants, and pave the way for takeover. Brilliant.
Amendment 10 – Powers of the States and People. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Did the $750 Billion Bailout need to happen? No. It is unconstitutional on so many levels it is frightening. But the “need” was caused by Congressional and Presidential unconstitutional meddling in the economy. Why then do we feel it is necessary to follow the wisdom of fools?
Politicians and bureaucrats are not smart enough to control an economy. They are not smart enough to properly judge what social aspect should be promoted or not. Human reasoning is far too limited because of the degrees of reasoning, wisdom, knowledge and judgment in respects to the vast amount of details there are out there. Every effect cannot be predicted when a few choose to create a cause. It is doubly misguided when such actions are illegal. (Not permitted by the Constitution.)
Basic humility, honesty and history tell us no one is smart enough to control an economy. When you leave a select few to control what is taught to your child, what light bulbs you may use, what behavior is acceptable despite the will of the people, and more, you are preparing to repeat some of the worst mistakes of history.
The more people you get to know all over the world, with an eye for honest observation, the more they demonstrate that people have their strengths and weaknesses and no one individual or group of individuals can accomplish WISE or LEGAL intervention. That is the arrogance and foolishness of humans.
