When you have to be nice on the phone to those “going to die” from not getting Viagra for their shoulder injury or deal with that relative that has to go to the Emergency Room because they coughed (once) and both bill it to the taxpayer, you may need some pharmaceutical assistance yourself to help you keep your tongue.
