What's Da Buzz?

In this shot, we have a passenger on the outside of our car looking for a free ride to cross the border. This near building sized 6-legged monster stuck tight to our window for quite a ways.

Without knowing the full range of this insect since I have no clue what kind of insect it is, we may have unknowingly aided in helping it get across an unseen border to help it to get to work in another spot. We do truly feel repentant of this and would like to submit his hitchhiker to the US CIS for proper deportation processes or would that be the Fish and Game department? Dept of Transportation? Police? Department of Natural Resources? Park Rangers?

Whichever enforcement body we need to contact, please let us know so such an unpleasant encounter with this big bugger can be avoided in the future.
