Exercise Dance

Even though this dance seems like it has very few if any moves to it, I challenge you to get up off of your chair and go the duration of the song.

For many, this is going to be a bit difficult to pull off. I know this will definitely help me tone my torso.

As for fond memories that I have of this song, let us just say some can look rather silly doing this dance.

Give it a whirl and give it your best.
