I can totally relate! In my work I get customers who are 15% nice, 40% neutral, and the other 45% plain out rude, stupid, and think they are all out high and mighty. But good thing that my customers are Canadians so I wasn't called any names yet. But I am amazed how you can allow these people to do this to you. I know that you have to be kind and courteous even if these idiot callers totally disrespect you. If it was in my case I'd totally show them my anger and frustration. I won't let them step down on me thinking that I am lower than them. But i salute you for being strong and still be that great person that you are. I don't know what is wrong with some people in this world. Why can't they just be plain civil? Maybe they weren't taught when they were little that everything doesn't have to go the way they want it... selfish creeps. hay naku ate anah! I can totally relate!
