No Comments Calling Your HelpDesk or Customer Service
This entry is a follow up on how to conduct yourself when calling a customer service department for your needs. Here’s the link to my previous entry [Bills Dispute] As I noted, it is always imperative to treat the CSR with respect. They are only doing their jobs.
True, there are times when some individuals truly do not know their job but that is uncommon. What I’ve discovered is many individuals are in need of getting out into the world and realizing there is more to life and many more challenges in the lives of others than there are in their own.
I believe the phrase is
“keep your eyes on others and not on yourself.”
Self-pity and calling in to whine and not solve anything is counter-productive. Helping others and asking for information when it is needed from the right sources would make life easier for many.
