Acai See You

Okay, that was a lame title and a pretty poor pun. In any case, I have taken full notice of the differences in the food selections between the Philippines and USA. In the Phils, we eat much more fresh fruit, veggies, and other products. In the USA, much of the food is processed with a variety of other chemicals.

So adding fruits to your diet in the USA makes complete sense to me as they are lacking. Since I have lived in a place where fresh fruits are the norm, I tend to believe claims that eating or drinking fruit is healthy for you. Anything to prevent using pharmaceutical drugs is a good thing provided you do your research.

For your research on the Acai berry, I’ll direct you to a series of links that best detail this fruit. The first benefit is the antioxidant levels in the Acai berry. There are a number of products that claim to have Acai berries in them but determining which is good and which is not can be a bit challenging. One product that is good is Monavie Acai Juice. Two other products of note are Perfect Acai and Perfect Acai Revive to get the full amount of benefits from the Acai berry.

If that gets you into the reading mood, then keep on reading. There is a Russian herb called Rhodiola Rosea that naturally increases energy and stamina.
